Hello, here is a HUGE! very well defined and 100% natural White Ribbed Aulacosphinctoides Ammonite fossil! It was quarried in the Mahajanga River Basin, near the village of Ambatolafia, Northeast Madagascar.
It has very fine definition with a light cream and or off white color and dates to the Early Cretaceous Era, Albian Age a Crazy! 100 to 113 Million years ago.
This Fossil measures a huge! 13.9cm or 5 1/2" at its biggest and a display STAND is included. Please note that this fossil has no restoration...just split out of its host matrix with a hammer.
