I am the original inventor. The only AUTHORIZED EBAY SELLERS of this assembly are AutoPartsHere and FlybyJet. My assembly is made in the USA using quality USA parts and shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which is much faster than First Class.
NOTE: This part will fit a Dodge Journey 2.4 liter engine only.

IMPORTANT:  The line drawing above shows the 'original factory parts' (highlighted in yellow) that become defective due to heat, mainly because the tee fitting is
made of plastic
, is very thin-walled and is under a tremendous amount heat from the catalytic converter underneath and it cracks.
Our hose assembly kit is a long-term solution to the problem because it uses a brass tee instead of plastic. Why buy from the middleman dealer that wants to sell you another full assembly with the same plastic tees that will leave you stranded again? I WAS that person stranded on the road just like you! 200,000 miles later, I have had no issues after installing my own engineered assembly kits.
NOTE: The listing price is for ONE of our aftermarket hose assembly kits which can be used to replace either the upper or lower lines coming from the front heater core to the plastic thermostat manifold on the engine, and to the aluminum tubes on the fire wall that goes to the back of the vehicle to the rear heater core.
You can purchase just one of our kits if you are on a budget and need to get back on the road quickly or purchase two kits to replace both the upper and lower assemblies at the same time for full peace of mind.
Repairing your Journey is easy to do. You already paid for the aluminum tubing that is attached to the firewall when you bought the vehicle, so why buy their pre-molded assembly that forces you to re-buy the tubing, too?
You won't need to crawl under your vehicle in an effort to remove and re-attach more tubing, because our 'heater hose assembly' attaches to the existing tubing from the firewall. Make the entire repair right under the hood. Our assembly saves you time, money and unnecessary work.
My Hose Kit also keeps the Tee connection point 6 inches up higher, away from the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter, keeping it cooler from the intense HEAT!
I would have just sold a Tee if that would have worked, but the original 'factory molded' hose was heated, vulcanized and stretched out of its 'standard size' where the 3 hoses connect to the Tee. To replace just the Tee you would have to cut back all the hoses to fit the new Tee properly, but then the hoses would all be too short. The high-temp hosing I supply in my Kit will fit snugly onto all points on the manifold, heater-core and the aluminum tube going to the rear heater.
No doubt at all! If your upper or lower heater hose cracked, this kit will fix it!
I also have a Dodge Journey. I was very angry when the OEM Tee (a thin-walled piece of plastic engineered by them to fail AND just out of warranty) happened to crack on the interstate quickly overheating my car as every drop of coolant pumped out in 60 seconds. Stranded on the highway on a hot day, I refused to give Dodge 0+ for another sub-standard plastic part. They designed it with a plastic tee so we would have to keep replacing the entire assembly. As an auto a/c and hvac mechanic I redesigned their junk and fixed the problem for the long term.
People have told me that Dodge and other auto shops have charged them upwards of 0 to fix this.
If you can use a screwdriver and have 15 minutes you can do a full and proper long-term repair on one or both assemblies. Tools needed are a sharp knife and regular screw driver. New Ideal Tridon Hy-Gear Stainless Steel clamps included.
These hose assembly kits are assembled in my Auto Air Conditioning shop in SW Florida, USA.
The Dodge Journey FWD, 2.4L 4 Cyl DOHC 16V Dual VVT,  can't take overheating. These hose assemblies fit many models and are made extra long, so for best fit you can trim off some of the extra hose.
After installing your new hose assembly fill with antifreeze. Wait for thermostat to open after reaching operating temperature and top off cooling system.
